How we hire

Four steps. No surprises.

The whole process takes about three weeks. We share feedback after every round — yes or no.

Step 1

Intro chat (30 min)

A conversation with someone from our team about what you're looking for and what the role actually involves. No quiz, no gotchas.

Step 2

Working session (90 min)

A real exercise grounded in the kind of work you'd actually do. We share the brief in advance and pay for any prep time over an hour.

Step 3

Panel (2–3 hrs)

Meet four people you'd work with day-to-day. We ask deep questions about past work and you get to ask deep questions back.

Step 4

Offer + references

If we're aligned, we'll send a written offer within 48 hours and call your references in parallel. You'll have at least a week to decide.
