These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wonderful Agent's websites, products, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering them on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
You must be at least 18 to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
Most Services are offered on a subscription basis. Plans renew automatically at the end of each term unless canceled in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage above your plan's included quotas may trigger overage fees, which we'll always disclose in your dashboard before they apply.
You agree not to use the Services to:
You retain ownership of data you upload, transmit, or have agents read or write on your behalf ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to operate the Services for you. We do not train shared models on your Customer Data.
The Services and all related software, trademarks, and content are owned by Wonderful Agent or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You may not remove our notices or marks.
Agents are tools. They draft text, take actions, and propose decisions on your instruction. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs that have meaningful consequences. We don't guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. You may stop using the Services anytime. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
